This is a pink gingham trimmed shirt and hat that would have come on a Baby (BBB) cpk.
In 1986, Coleco released Cabbage Patch Kid “Babies”. They were about 11” long and had “bean bag” style bums. They are commonly referred to as “BBBs”. Babies were first released in pastel coloured knit outfits. The velcro on the outfits often caused damage to fabric of baby and outfit. This is an original, authentic cpk “Baby” or “BBB” outfit made between 1986-1992.
