This is a pair of blue checkered Ruffled Overalls. The checkered overalls appear to be shorter than the solid colour corduroy. The overalls were originally paired with a white blouse with rickrack trim in yellow, peach or pink.
The Ruffled Overall outfit is #12 of the 19 original outfits produced for cpks in 1983. These original outfits continued to be made until 1985 when some new outfits were released. Variations of fabric colours and patterns made it seem like there were an endless amount of outfits! The original outfits were numbered 1-20, but there is no 19.
